On the basis of archival sources of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, personal notes and media reports, this paper shows a path towards establishment and work of the Interreligious Council of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Serbia which consisted of the most prominent members: minister of religious affairs and leaders and eminencies of traditional churches and religious communities in the Republic of Serbia.
